I am looking at a set or rims will 17" 5x114.3 fit on cavaliers i know its 5x100 but will a lug size of 5x114.3 fit?
is 5 the same as 12?
a wheel will not fit a cav or fire if it is 5x114.3, however there are wheels that are dual patterns that have 5x114.3 and 5x100.
check the wheel that your looking at and see if it is one of the dual bolt patterns. i know that is a common to find a wheel that has a 5x100 and 5x114.3 pattern.
Mine have dual bolt patterns..... here is a closer look if you are unsure what that means.
i know a company that has conversion adapters that convert from 5x100 to 5x114.3 but you have to make sure the offset is good for your car if not it might stick out
