Hey guys I am in a bit of a pickle here as the other night i hit a curb and took a big chunk out of front driver side rim. My question is that i eed a new rim and have been looking in the super shopper for a used set the only thing is i dont know what fit my car i have an 87 firenza, there is some I am looking at for a cavalier it doesnt say what year but do all gens mix and match?, and also how big can i got tire wise?
well this is in the wrong forum since it isnt a jbody but all cavalier wheels are 5x100 with a 57.1mm center bore
looking up a 87 firenza it seems to be the same. a 5x100 bolt pattern and a 57.1mm center bore so they should work
Geeky wrote:Actually, it seems that it is a J-Body. Wiki link. That pretty much ensures fitment, at least.
lol indeed it is. not many people on here w/ some so i forgot completely about it
so knowing this all j-bodys have the same bolt pattern and off set?
Correct, well, maybe the offset was moved around a couple MM each way throughout the years, but the bolt pattern is the same...
BTW the Wiki link wasn't needed... its on the front page of JBO:
