Ride and Look?

Im going to buy rims tommorow i believe....what do u think would work best with a 1.4 inch drop....17s or 18s....and what size tire would u think would ride good and also have the nicest look....17s with ? and 18s with ?....and do u think 120 canadian for 17s an 160 for 18s is a good prices (per tire)

Also what do u think of foose rims...i can get 18s for 160 each also.

18s with a 225/45 would look the best I think, Thats what I have but with a 2 inch drop. And Foose wheels rock if you can afford them.

i can get a set of 4 foose wheels for 160each rim...canadian...at a whole sale place....if they fit my car im going to get them tommorow.

dont know if this helps but here's my car with 215/40/18'S with eibach pro kits (1.5 drop)......however you can run 225/40/18's as well. that seems to be the choice of alot of people on this site....both sizes run directly with the stock diameters.

im also putting in the pro kit 1.4 inch drop....so i want to know what tire will fill this out the best and also have a good ride

As for tires, I picked up brand new a set of 225/40/18 Essenza's for $600 installed. I love these tires (summer only). They are H-rated and thus are a little more forgiving compared to typical Z-rated tires you will find in this size. Thus the ride is comfortable and I can't complain about the handling either!!

And yes, the prices in Canadian (Burlington, Ontario)
