Hey I just recently purchased all 4 new tires (Hercules G3000V) maybe 60 miles ago. And ever since I got them I notice that i'm getting a humming/noise coming from the front when I start off at 0km/h to about 50 mph. Do you guys think it might be the tires (no noise with the RSAs) or wheel bearing?
If it were a wheel bearing, you should be able to isolate it to one side or the other. Try to see if the noise is more obvious while turning in a particular direction, and loading up that respective wheel.

Wheel bearing noise can't always be concentrated to one side, when my J had bad bearings I could not tell which side it was, so I replaced them both. It did it really bad on the highway, and started getting really bad in town.
If the noise is coming only from the front, it would have to be the bearings, because if it were the tires all four of them would do it.

my dad test drove and he had a wheel bearing problem on his old Corsica and he said its the tires because they are so new and might be more noisy than the RS-A. I just wanted to get some other opinions... it sounds like wind/howling/humming noise. According to the FAQ on this site it says it should be making more noise at a certain speed (something like that) but mine just makes it from 0-50.

Could be coincidence, though I agree that would be odd. I guess you can either carry on and make sure it doesn't get louder, or borrow some wheels to test with.
I know when I had a wheel bearing go, it was winter and I thought it was packed snow stuck in the fender. It was like a pulsating groan timed with each revolution. Oddly, the noise would taper off when the bad bearing was loaded up in a turn -- which was the opposite of what I expected.

Could be a major coincidence. Does it do it from all four corners of the car? If it's coming from just the front, try a cheaper alternative and switch the front tires to the back, and move the back to the front. If that does not fix the noise, it's your wheel bearings.
