so you e-mailed them yesterday, and they havn't responded yet? give it a few days, if they havn't responded by tuesday, then take action against them. perhaps they don't check their e-mail on the weekends, or they havn't gotten to it yet.
directional tires a lot of times dont have an "inside" side, both sides can go on the inside. do those have a marking that say one side must be inside?

^^^yea but doesnt the pattern have to go a certain way?
if there isnt a designated inside then all 4 tires will be the same
Those are directional tires, the must rotate in the direction of the tire. The tread pattern in the picture shows both sides are the same, so they should be able to be mounted on either side
(unless the specify left and right). Just make sure the tires go in the direction of the arrow on the sidewalls.

Yeppers. Same type of tread pattern on my directional Federal's. Doesn't matter what side they put them on as long as they rotate the right way.
the only way you could say u got the wrong tires is that the sidewalls on each side are different and by no means by mounting them they could all be on the same side.

no, they are rotationally wrong. 3 would belong on left side, and 1 one the right. i figured out the "...-1U" has nothing to do with it. the way the rotation is, there are too many lefts. and when i say inside, i mean the actual underneath, like underneath the tread, one of them has a different type of patter, i can get pictures i guess if you need them.

look at the diagram thats all it is. its as simple as i have rotational tires, meaning they have be going a certin way, and i have 3 for one side, and 2 for the other. my wanlis are the same way, but have 2 of each....

are you a tard
flip a tire around so the tread goes the other way!
are they mounted on wheels? if not, then you have no problems
even if they were, you just flip it around
EXACTLY^^^
And quit buying stuff from the internet, it wasn't meant to be. spend a few more bucks and get them form a local retailer.

i see that i can do that, but im pissed about the inside deal. idk if one tire is cheaper than the rest or what.
(edit: btw you 2, thanks for pointing that out. i really didnt think about that. i just realized that it was the way i had them sat. idk why im so stupid sometimes....im still confused about the inner pattern though.)

are both sidewalls of the tire the same?
wow i didnt think directional tires were this hard to figure out. it all depends on just how you are looking at the tire
just take a left and move it along the width axis of the car to the other side. Wala!!! You have a right
.
If the tread is symettrical it should not matter.
The only tire I know of that has a "inside" and "outside" like the falken RT-615's and RT-215's.

show us pics of the actual tread of the tire.
