Hey what's up, i'm new to the org. and i'm in the market for some rims for my 04' cavy. I'm looking at the Konig Unknown's in 18's. Does anyone have a pic of their jbody with these rims so i can get an idea of how they look on our cars?

lol, the new MR7. Yeah Motegi made some money off that rim. But anyway, I haven't seen anybody in my are with this rim, so i'm probably till gonna get them. They are on order right now.

Nothing wrong with the MR7. IMO it gave my old cavy a factory look which is what I wanted.
man i have these wheel on my cavy. i work with tires and wheel so i put a set on my car when they first came out
and i thought i looked good. until every where i look i see a set and i've sold countless numbers of them on all types of cars. they were played out a week after they came out . i want them off my car so bad now.
but i have to wait till i find another set i like.
i short dont put them on.
Ugly and too many people have them.

Ugly in your opinion. Not everyone likes chrome either...so we could all call your rims ugly but we don't.
Those rims are the new MR7 though. Alot of guys have them.
Thanks for the opinions. I already ordered them. They should be here tuesday or wednesday. I'll post some pics later. As far as "everyone having them" I have yet to see them in my area so it's no big deal to me. I originally wanted the RH Evolution C5's but dazzmotorsports told me they are discontinued, so I got the konigs. I didn't even want the machined look, i wanted silver, but for some reason i went this way. I know the car is gonna look funny (not too attractive) because i'm still on stock suspension due to insufficient funds. But it should be dropped in a couple of months.
Hey man....do yourself a favor and save your money on the suspension. So what if you're riding around in 4x4 mode. Save up and get a good suspension setup. I'm riding on eibach sportlines which are great springs. But i went with cheapo struts and i paid for it. I have to redo my setup and i've probably damaged most of my suspension because of it. Just be patient, bite your lip, and get a good setup. You probably already know that, but don't let anyone pressure you into dropping it just cuz it looks funny for a while.
Yeah thanks man, I know it's gonna look a little funny, but im not gonna take shortcuts on suspension. I'm not in a rush to get anything done, I want things done right the first time. I plan to get eibach sportlines with koni yellows. Once again, thanks for the input.
They look fine on white cars. Other colors they do not match to well.
To me a MIrror lip is almost always a must.

They are nice lookin rims, but i don't think they look right on most j's. They look good on other cars... And I think i have seen 1 jbody that they looked good on.

Yeah, I rolled over a Miata the other day. Didn't see the guy. But it's not gonna be 4x4 for long so i'm not worried about it.
