Foose uses TW Platinum Wax for most of his cars. TW makes fantastic products.

F21 (Previously 2001) is THE best interior detailing product period itself.

I've never liked TW. I use P21S for our cars at home. Pinnacle makes a great product as well, just harder to find. And you can't get P21S at your local Auto Zone or anything either. I stick to what works for me, and P21S does the job.

I just use simple green and water, I don't trust anything else.

Turtle Wax does not make fantastic products IMO.

I had white wheels for like 3 years and used nothing but soap and water, I never wanted to risk putting any kind of chemicals on my wheels, and after each wash of wheels, I waxed the inside and out of each wheel, and I did this about 4 times a week.

Just use a good soap and water after you wash your car, have a sponge for your paint and a sponge for just your wheels.

You know, I thuoght I was a little obsesive washing my car once a week. But washing your damned wheels 4 times a week and being too paranoid to put anything but soap and water on them? That's wierd. It's paint, you can treat it like paint.

Thats the price you pay to have your 96 paint look better than, lets say, that of a 2004.

I keep my ride clean.

Well there's clean, and there's OCD-wash-your-hands-'till-they-bleed clean. Don't make the mistake of thinking I don't take care of my paint.

what i found overboard was waxing the wheels 4 times a week, who the hell has that kind of time, washing the car that much takes enough time

Call it what you will, but like I said thats what sets my car apart for having stock paint, everyone also thinks the entire car has been repainted.

The process doesnt take long once you come into a routine, but being as neither of you dont even have wheels, it takes you alot less time.

Just use a home remedy that was passed down from R. Kelly. A good ole bottle of urine and a towel.

I like Simple Green diluted 10:1 for clear coated and chrome wheels. Any wheel I or my friends have gets a coating or two of a durable sealant a few times a year. Do this and you can wash off anything that will dirty a wheel with simple soap and water!
