I have an 18 x 7.5 wheel with a 40 offset. I think the bolt pattern is a ten hole with 5x115 and 5x108, not positive. I know I would need adapters at all four corners to convert fom a 5x100 to one of the two patterns I think. What adapter width, if any, could I get, and still have the wheels work, or is it hopeless? I really like these wheels, and they are gonna be $300.00 from a friend of mine with newer tires 245/45/18. Thanks for the help.
