Alright, well I have found mixed opinions really. Everyone who has used the tire can't stop talking about how well they perform. While anyone who does not have them, or has "heard" about them says they are cheap and they "get what they pay for"... yet they never elaborate which leads me to beleive the opion is uneducated. My freind is sporting these on his jetta, and has confirmed "they get amazing traction on dry surfaces, but perform poorly in water..... Snow performance is mild to good from what I have read to this point as well. DO any j-body members have anything else to say about them ?

usually people who use them never had any experience w/ good tires. this is just like in the suspension forum people who never rode on a good suspension still say lowering on stock struts is ok. while the tires may perform good in dry weather, theres more to it then that. theres how they handle on a wet surface, noise, tire wear, etc...

I tend not to "push" my car to far when it is wet out or when there is snow....

Im waiting for someone with experience with them to come in and comment on them.....So far from the "users" who have used them that I have talked to have given them

"a poor to mediocre wet performance, fantastic traction when dry, and decent performance in snow"....

All you have done is come in and say "hey, they are cheap, f&%k them...." DO YOU have any experience with them ?.. It seems not and that is what I asked for from my first post. BUT yes, thank you for your opinion on them, I hate acting like an @!#$.

im not tryin' to be a dick to you but im just telling you their not great tires. look through different forums and people have problems w/ them. some say good and some say bad. honestly w/ mix results like that i wouldnt trust them. what if one of the side walls gives out when your on the road? kumho tires are cheap too. thats what im using and i got them for 350 all 4 brand new

I have them and love them. Super sticky and have had them for 2.5 years. I only ride on them in the summer obviously, but a good tire. True they don't have the name, but they work well for me. Look on ebay for them. They are a lot cheaper than $100+ a tire.

At that price their horrible tires. Only time I see them sold is with free rim and tire packages. I just picked up some 18 inch kuhmo MX's for 107 a piece (from tirerack) which will @!#$ all over those tires. You an do better, much better. Half that price their okay, not at the same price as respected namebrand prices.

i have the same tires 215/35/18 and they grip really good in dry weather, are better than stock in the rain but def not the best, and i only drove them in 1/2 inch of snow cuz im in az but they worked fine in that less ur a retard and go 45 in a 35 in the snow like some retards like to do, i tend to go slower in the rain/snow. im upgrading to a 45 series soon though becuz im sick of the wheel gap and i have stock suspension right now other than some energy suspension bushing whoopedy whoo, im eventualy getting the koni yellow adjustable set, i found it online for only 680 i think thats pretty good deal for the whole set up.

those new ones are supposed to be good, htey sponsor the d1 grand prix i think now, i know the old version sucked but these should be different , i had the old ones and never had a problem with them reliablity wise like them spliiting or anyting they just didnt grip all to wheel when i was at the track, but they are good tires just for a daily driver. dont buy them from that site though i know on ebay you can get em for liek three fifty for all four

I had them on my old set of rims and they were great. I drove about 1200 miles on them in a weekend trip and there was hardly any road noise or any handling issues. I say get em.

Had them on the same rims for two years now same tire and tread wear is amazing. a penny's head is just now showing so its time to replace them. I honestly am looking into another pair of these tires. put up with alot. driven on in rain all the time and light snow no issues. I am one, not to be a pansy ass and complain but im pretty sure i'd notice if it had a @!#$ty ride.
