OEM Tire width in Inches? Anyone know?

So I measured My OEM tire and rim and it came out to 23" fully inflated but I dont know that the tire is correct? What is the tire diamerter soposed to be on OEM?

Yup 195 mm wide.

As for the diameter, 195/70R14 would be the following:

Diameter: 24.7 in
Circumf: 77.7 in

The title says width, and he was asking for diameter, so I threw out a bunch of dimensions in case it was something different...
