18X7.5 5-100 35GRM konig holes, will these fit with my gr2 struts, and if so how thin of a tire should i run to clear the strut hat?

that should be fine. if your worried about rubbing then run a 215/40/18 tire

awesome. thats a really low profile tire right? or is it also not so wide?

its lower than the 225/40/18 which is commonly run on 18's. 215 will work also but its just a little smaller. there is still plenty of tire to protect the rim

ill have to check what tires i got on the Z i know theyre just a little bit bigger than normal width and height and they have about a 1/4 inch clearance on the strut hat and i have been rubbing on it when i put my motor mounts in i noticed it. Also rubs the fenders when i turn all the way. My main concern though is that strut hat clearing that. If i can do that im golden.
