I`m from Poland (East Europe) and I`m going to import some rims, wheels and tire packages to my country.
So the question is to You.
Do you know any cheap internet shop ? Or maybe you have already bought wheels in one of them ? Maybe You know any marketplace with great discount in Philadelphia or any warehouse. I have to find a place where I will buy rims on good price because later I will take more than 1 set.

check ebay and look at their wheel and tire combos... cheapest youll find anywhere

There's also wheelbargain.com, but yeah ebay would be the cheapest.
