Speedo Recalibration if I get 18s?

I'm switching from 15" wheels to 18s.

How bad is this going to mess up my speedometer reading?

What can I do to recalibrate?

AWD GS

it wont if you get the correct tire size. 215 or 225/40/18. no need to change the speedo. it wont be off by much, if any
