Picked up my 225/50/15 BFG G Force Drag Radials today and now need to decide what color wheel to get.
I am buying the 15x7 Kosei K1 Racing wheel (13.5lbs) and have a choice of white or silver. Below is the two wheels and a current pic of my car. I think the white would look distinguishing and would make it know that some serious business is mounted on them, but at the same time the silver would blend in better with the car. Tell me what you think.

white is a real pain to keep clean, but you already know that having a white exterior. Go with the white.

"The J's weren't designed to be sports cars, the suspension sucks, the brakes are tiny, and the target market for our car doesn't need to be able to do any more than 65mph." - Shifted
A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
ya id say white. the silver would blend kinda but it wouldnt like accent the car, and its not contrasting so itd just kinda be "bla"... lol, white matches great tho! haha just my opinion
If they are drag wheels, why does the color matter?
It dosen't.... but if you had a choice to put a light weight pink Carbon Fiber hood on your car or a normal carbon fiber hood, wouldn't you go with the normal CF hood? Obviously both hoods are light weight, but you wouldn't want to roll with a pink hood right?
Basically I am trying to find out which would look better... goin fast is kewl, but goin fast and lookin good is even better...

I dig the white ones as well.
Doesn't matter that they're hard to keep clean. They're only going to be on the car for the drag strip and will be easy as pie to clean when off the car.
White it is... Thanks for the help guys...

Yep, I was in Super Street back in the March 05 issue... Car looks a lil different since then...
I went to order my wheels today and the warehouse that had them in stock 2 days ago will not have them until July 1st... They also were charging me tax and more shipping than they would have if they were in stock at the local warehouse..... Sooooo, I am goin to go w/ the good ol flat black Motegi Trak Lite.. This wheel is a lil more expensive, but I can have them mounted and balanced by friday with no tax or shipping charges... They also weigh in at 10.5lbs for the 15x7 wheel... I'll post pics when I get em....
