MIL is on so is Traction Control light.

I changed the transmission shifter cable with one from a junker at the local wreckers.

Car can manually go through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, O.D. but will remain in first.

So i added 2 quarts and the tranny fluid started coming out the driver side cv axle boot seal.

I am at a loss. Help!

Car starts and drives excellent except it won't shift.

What is the check engine light for?

My guess speed sensor.
