I'm not sure what's going on but, I just replaced my transmission. shortly after, I started hearing a chirping noise from the back of the motor. at first, it would only do it after a few minutes driving and go away if I press in the clutch. now, it will do it with the clutch engaged or not and its gotten louder and faster. here's a crummy video of the noise.

I think its leaking at the throwout bearing but I can't say for certian.
(if the video is done wrong can someone fix it? its been a while)

Sounds like something is loose... maybe bolts on the clutch cover? And the squeaking is something moving around that shouldn't be.
Or a bird installed itself in your motor. First time I've heard that kind of noise..
I was hoping nobody would through that idea out there.... I've had a flywheel come off before. the noise is a total lose for me too. I'm going to drop the trans in a couple weeks if it will stay together long enough and just replace the slave brand new just for safe measures
