somebody asked me and i said i dont think so seeing its a completely different engine but i want to be sure .
If we are talking about a 2000-2002 2200 tranny, it will fit IF the bellhousing's are swapped. They are different bolt pattern's. So it is easier usually to just get a true eco tranny.
