hello yall, the syncros are are starting to go in my 03 sunfire. I have no 03 plus trannys but i have 2 standard trannys from a 2000 and an 2001 will thay work? thanks for the input
Bellhousing is different between the L61 2.2L Ecotec (your 03 Sunfire engine) and the older years (00 and 01 would be either a 2.2L LN2 or a 2.4L LD9). So the transmission housing won't bolt up to your engine... but the internals would swap as long as they should be all the same inside...
