4T40E to Getrag F23 Swap

What all is needed to swap from this auto to manual transmission? I'm getting bored of the auto and it's issues. If you could, please list EVERYTHING that is needed for the swap so I know how much I'm looking at spending. Thank you.

F23 transmission
front and rear trans mount
flywheel and clutch
clutch pedal, switch assembly
clutch master cylinder
left and right axles
shifter box
shift cables

This is off the top of my head...I'm sure I'm missing a few things. Not to mention the welding of the new transmission mounts, the work to mount the shifter box, the clutch pedal, etc. Also, your tune is based on an automatic trans. Would have to flash to a manual tune.

So when I buy a transmission used, I'm not getting the clutch or flywheel? Is this an extremely complex swap or can a few buddies and I knock it out in a few days?

The clutch and flywheel bolt to the engine......not the transmission. So no, you wouldn't get it with the transmission. Let's just say it's no walk in the park.

Okay, but let's say I got the Spec Stage 1 kit and Fidanza flywheel, I'd be covered in those two areas. Then I can get the RKSport or Prothane tranny mounts, shifter assembly, pedal, master cylinder, and cables from Pick n Pull and then what? I wanna cover my bases and find out how expensive this will be. I know it'll be a pain, but with my turbo build and all on the automatic being custom and all, I think I'm ready for all the hycupps.

It's not just prothane mounts. Those are only inserts. You need the actual mounts for the F23 trans, and you also need the body mounts which need to be welded to the frame of your car.

I'm doing the same trany swap I got all my parts at a pull a part the trans master cylinder flywheel shifter and cables console clutch pedal ass, for around 230.00 I have to go back and get the frame mounts as the wiring harness goes I'm going to just cut and splice and hope I get it right.
