okay, got a few questions. think stupidity and lack of knowledge ownz me. so i pulled the old tranny out and put a new one in. still same type problem. talking to aaron at the bash this weekend he asked me about the level of fluid in the torque converter. i was like what? and he told me that you have to fill the torque conerter up with fluid seperatly from filling the transmission up. the motor i got from the junkyard i didnt even do. converter was attached to the tranny so we just put it in. so is the only way of filling the torque converter or making sure its filled would be pulling the trans again im guessing? thinking this could be the issue, if my old transmissions torque converter was bad and the fluid had drained out of it then that could have been the cause of my slipping gears even though the transmission itself had fluid. and if the torque converter in the new one i put in was low and i stuck it in i could have the same problem......
