Hey, I was shifting through the gears really quick, and lost 2, 4 and Reverse. So I took the center console off and noticed that there only one cable out of the two that is hooked into my shifter. The other one is held in by the spring the the left rear, but not hooked into to the shifter in any aspect. I got a repair manual from GM, and I didn't show me anything. Should both the cables be attached to the shifter know if self ?

yes one connects to a arm on the outside and the other inside tha asembally. the cable on the out side prob poped off it comes off kinda easy.

I can only shift in to gear every so offend, then other times it doesn't want to go into gear. The clutch has some air in, but if i pump it up I'm good to drive. But this time, it doesn't want to do anything. I think it's a shift fork inside the transaxle.
