I want to change the transmission fluid in my 2003 Cavalier 5 Speed. Will the Redline MT-90 be okay for my car? Does anyone recommend any other products? How many quarts will I need? Any help would be great. Thanks
the getrag requires dexron III ATF or equivalent.

So I'll be using an automatic trans fluid in my manual transmission? Sorry I'm new to this. I have a co-employee that just changed his in his 200sx and it made a bit of difference in smoother shifting.

I used that for a while, I was running redline too for a bit.
the getrags DON'T like being put into first gear just so you know. Changing the fluid won't help with that, its just.. a thing they do for whatever reason.
I changed the fluid with Royal Purple Max ATF and the car shifts a lot smoother now. Thanks for your help guys.
Both of mine did not have problems after i adjusted the shift cables....
