I need some information on what transmissions will work on 4/6 cyl swaps like using quad 4 transmission on a v6 etc.....

Shifted

Eco,2.3, 2.4, quad4 transmissions do not work on 60 degree v6's.

2.2, 2200 (non-eco) transmissions DO work on 60 degree v6's

Automatic or manual doesn't matter, those are the transmission styles that mate up with the v6 that also fit in a j-body.
