Are there any write ups/pictures or vids that show this process, I know i need to drop the tranny but i just want to see it done once before i do it

No write up needed. Take the bolts out, and axles and catch!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Sorry. Truly use a haynes manual and follwing the directions (except for supporting the motor part).

Peice of advice. When you are ready to lower it. Support engine with jack ( use block of wood to prevent damage to pan) remove lower motor mount and rotate tranny forward 90 degrees (so area where axles go in is on top.) Then have someone slowly lower jack whil you steer it out. Installation is reverse of removal of course. Thats the easyist way to get it out.
