i have checked up on the swap that was suggested to swap the gears from the geo storm trans to my cavalier isuzu trans.... i was wondering if anyone knew if i could just install the final drive gear from the geo trans in the cavalier trans, i checked with the dealer and there are some available, it would make it a lot easier
I am not sure if you can. I played it safe and changed both when I put my 4.11's in. I think SpdRcr tried this a couple of years ago in his drag car. Something broke, but I don't remember what it was
