Shifter cable rubbing hood

When I installed an aftermarket air intake in my Sunfire, it didn't have any way to hold the shifter and throttle cables down like the stock intake tube had. Tonight, I noticed that the shifter cable has been rubbing the underside of the hood. There is a small flat spot worn into the cable's insulation becasue of the rubbing. I wrapped the area with friction tape until I find a solution. What can I do to ensure that the cables don't rub?

Here are the pics. My car doesn't have cruise control. BTW, I will add pictures of both of my cars to my profile.
