I have an 04 % speed is there any upgraded gear sets i can get?

excuse me ive been drinkin its a 5 speed

All I can think of for the newer getrag is the gear set from a saturn vue. But from the advise given when this question has been asked before, our gear ratios are pretty good from the factory and there's really no need to swap them. As far as extra strength in the transmission, if you're pretty handy, people have made brass shift fork tips to replace the weak stock ones and you can install a limited slip differential.
