Mine has held up fine. (Brian put down 422hp with just a T/G lsd insert installed). Also Hahn is using the f23.
The Getrag (and most transmissions) are rated for Trq, not HP. Surprisingly enough, the Getrag F23 is only rated for about 175ft/lbs of trq.......

I still have the brakes on mine, just one new knuckle and one new axle
. I've also put new pads on too. But what can ya do stuff wears out lol.
