my car was modified when I bought it.. I have a LD9 with HM282 transmission (3.61 final drive ratio)
I am having trouble to find which clutch I need? and flywheel? do I have to order seperate kits? Flywheel for the LD9 and the 90-92 GTZ clutch?
hope to get an answer by today. I really need to get this done this weekend.
U need an LD9 clutch kit with the LD9 flywheel. U will however need to get your hands on a HM282 throwout bearing. They are pretty hard to come by sometimes though. If you get a bully clutch and ask them to, they will put that TOB in the package instead of the regular LD9 TOB.
thanks for quick reply... what kind of clutch do you recommend? Im not into dragging. it'd be nice to have some power and long life clutch.. as for TOB.. can you tell me which year/model I should be looking for? 90-92 GTZ ?

HM282 1990-1992 GM FWD Cars.
use a 1990-1992 GTZ 2.3 clutch.
I would get NOTHING but a LUK clutch.
