Is changing out the tranny mount on a 03' auto cavi much harder than changing the moter mounts because they were easy ?
Just need some quick info because im going solid if it isnt a all damn day project.

I went with the urethane mounts from turbotechracing... weren't too hard to put in, but you'll need something to press them in with. I used a bottle jack, but a vise would work better.

winc... he said AUTO mount, not manual.

ive heard its not to bad of a job, its in a place thats not very easy to get to though... well, not as easy as the engine mounts thats for sure.
the TTR mount comes with instructions so you should be fine.

Its not too bad but definitely a little harder than the motor mounts. A piece of advice... after you have the bolts out of the old mount if you rise or lower (can't remember which but i think you gotta lower it) the tranny with the jack it will save you a lot of frustration. there's a bit of a "sweet spot" where the old mount will slid out of place easy and the new one will slid in. I hope this saves you all the time i spent cussing at the old mount before i found the spot

yeah, i just did it when I did my swap, theres one lil bump on the side of the transmission case that it wants to catch on. a jack, and 2x4 will help out allot.
