trnas fluid loss after radiator change

any one know about how how much trans fluid I should need to put in after replacing the radiator on a 3rd gen auto with the 4t40e? I added in a half quart as a guess, and I wish i would have thought to drain it into something I could measure when I did the job. but like they say hindsight is 20/20.

Just refill it until fluid comes out of the weep hole.

Update to this, I have since dropped the pan and replaced the transmission filter, and re-topped off the system
