well... you really only have one tranny 'mount' so bare that in mind.
turbo tech racing is the only place that makes an aftermarket solid mount for the 4t40e, so thats where you've got to go when the time is right...
as far as if it helps or not, i cannot say as i still have yet to get one. BUT, i can tell you if it's anything like the difference between the stock 5spd mounts and the poly 5spd mounts, it helps a little with wheel hop and the feel of the tranny, but with the auto there really is no 'feel' with the tranny as you dont shift lol, BUT... i know the stock mount has a TON of play in it, you cannot go wrong with a solid mount.
