I had never had any experience with clutchmasters prior. The clutch arrived one week after the order was placed (It was shipped out the next business day).
When I received it the bolts that hold the pressure plate to the flywheel barely fit through the holes. In fact I actually had to thread them by hand through the holes. I was not OK with this so I called clutchmasters and the tech was very helpful. It turns out they paint the pressure plate white and the paint was thick enough on the inside off the holes to cause a problem with the bolt. I just used a peice of sandpaper and removed the paint from the inside of the holes and the bolts slipped through like they were supposed to. Below is a picture of the painted pressure plate.
The clutch I am using is the FX300. The price was 550 for the clutch kit. It is not an OE replacement. It is a performance clutch. I am not sure based on specifications what exactly what it would be comparable to in the spec line.
The break in period was all easy stop and go for atleast the first thousand miles and gradually got more agressive as I got closer to 3,000 miles I needed for the engine break in period.
My pedal feel is lighter than stock but not so light it has a unconnected or vauge feel. Just enough you would prefer it over stock in traffic. The clutch release has the exact same feel and in the same position every time so it is very predictable. Engagement is not all or nothing. The only time I feel it get a litle grabby is when moving the car by feathering the clutch witout giving it any gas or engaging the clutch too quick with very little gas. In fact if you were not used to a stock clutch you most likely would not notice it was a performance clutch. So far I only have 3000 miles on it and have not had an issue.
I really like the way it engages. I would highly reccomend this clutch and would buy one again in a heartbeat. By the way I have nothing to gain from this nor does clutchmasters even know of this reveiw. I just want to share my thoughts with others who search in the future. Questions and comments are welcome.

Only problems I've ever heard about Clutchmasters was their Dual Mass setups, from a few years ago..... I remember quite a few posts about pre-mature failure (ie: slippage).

is it a on off switch like the spec ? or more like stock ?
Definatly not an on off switch. The pedal travel between disengaged and fully engaged is the same as stock. It is a litle more grabby than the stock but only someone who has driven with a stock clutch recently would notice. It encourages you you give it a litle more gas and get of the clutch a litle more quickly. If you do it will launch as smoothly as an automatic and the engagement will be as smooth as stock.

well, if it fits on the LD9 Getrag, it should fit on the Eco Getrag.
I think I might have to get rid of my SPEC clutch and try this one.
