sometimes when I'm driving my car. I'll stick the clutch and try to pull out of 1st but it's like it almost is stuck. it only does it once and awhile. and it comes out of 1st with a little force but it doesn't feel good. I think this maybe a precursor to something.

I'm thinking shifter cables. I had this happen with 3 gear when my cables finally stretched. It finally came out of 3 gear, but I only had 1, 3, 5 for gears. New cables and all was fixed. Also are you sure the clutch is working correctly?

I'd check the clutch fluid and see if there's anything in there. If the slave cylinder isn't pushing on that pressure plate enough, it would be just like pulling on the shifter without pressing the clutch, it wouldn't want to let it out.... but if you play with the throttle just right and take the load off the gearing it should come out real easy.

ya finally checked the clutch fluid it's empty. so just pop the cap off and pour in DOT 3 and put the cap back on right?

for a start you also have to bleed the system
