As far as seals, gaskets etc? I already know about the pan gasket.. Isn't there input output seals? We haven't take the tranny apart yet so im clueless on what seals to replace.
Thanks.

exactly how hard is dropping the auto in our cars while leaving the engine in? ive only done the 5spd drop, never an auto while the engine remains. i have taken an auto out before, but the engine was already gone so it wasn't hard at all.
gotta drop the subframe?
Brad, just got the tranny out.. It took just about an hour.. Yea we got the tranny out most of the way, but the back side was getting caught on the subframe, so we took the subframe off and it came right out
Very easy...

so what did you do to roll it out of there?
just set it down on a creeper? or did somebody get the awesome task of bellying it? haha
Lol we had that big ol floor jack under it, lowered it carefully then wiggled it out of the drivers side wheel well area.. Couldnt take it out the front of the care because the car wasn't high enough.. I thought it was going to be a pain in the ass to get out.. I just have lots of wiring that was in the way, that was the hardest part, getting around that.
