hey guys
i have a problem with my gear box in my 96 sunfire 2.2 .. today i was driving it and all of a sudden i have no 2th,3th,4th,5th or reverse but i have 1th gear . i am thinking my shift cable i gone or my luck the gear box is gone .
so i need HELP on this one .

Sounds like a cable problem. I highly doubt all 3 synchros failed at once. Does it shift into and out of 1st? Or it it stuck there?
it is stuck in first gear .. i have no 2th,3th,4th,5th reverse or neutral .. so i went to a guy that does work on the side and he told me that my cable is gone so he got one up there and gonna try it tomorrow . hopefully it works out .
