I have searched Matco,Snap-on and ebay for two tools. I found one on Ebay, but the other is eluding me. the
part number is j-38868 and can be seen in the picture below in figure 46.

Have you tried the dealer, they should be able to get it cuz they would need it to work on the trannies.
the dealer doesn't sell tools, you can hit up a Snap-On or Matco trucks, but the prices are at a premium. $2-300 for a tool of this type. I got some help at another site I frequent for a way to get around using that tool, with another.
All GM special tools (aka-- j-XXXXX) are (were) available from Kent-Moore... 1-800-gm-tools
But they will cost insane amounts of money.
Aftermarket, almost every trans tool ever made is available from Hayden Trans-tool.
They can be hard to find, but almost every trans part shop used to sell Hayden tools when I used to service transmissions.
