First off i blew the fidd in my 98 cavi and spend alot to get it all bakc together, second the speedometer is still acting very funny, i thought it was from all the chips in the tranny form the diff. third now my car is stuck in first gear and i can only move the shifter form neutral to to reverse? this is about a month after the tranny rebuilding.
any hepl would be great, dont know how much longer i will keep this heap of crap. Junk-body sounds good right now.

Blew the fidd? Or diff? Does the transmission change gears when you move the shifter? If not you might have bad cables. How is the speedometer acting weird? Whats happening to it?

blew the diff, ate the gears, so put a rebuilt one in. the car is stuck in first only, shifter only moves to reverse and neutral, even in reverse the car goes forward.
Speedo shuts down and comes on agian and does that alot, it only started doing that while the diff was gettign munched, or it goes off for a long time and comes on when i slow down.
