knock noise on clutch realese

I all,

Juste rebuild my 3.8l engine and put back my 2.2l 2002 tranny.

but i got a knock noise only when i realese the clutch.

Any got this problem or know what can cause this ?

Thinks i have to remove the trans.

Look at my GM software and it's say that's it's maby a damaged drive axle joint.

Any got this trouble?
