My car slipps in and out of gear when coastin at about 50 - 60 mph. Can anyone help? It sometimes stalls out too. I notived that it seems to do it more when I'm beginning to drive up a hill.

Maybe some information about your car? We can't all make guesses on nothing... 5 speed, 4 speed, 3 speed, getrag, isuzu, etc...
