I don't want to pay for the B&M shifter if this is the same thing.

I have the exact same one.. if the setup in an 03+ is anything like in my 02 all I can say is I would reccomend using the stock piece that goes on the small ball (I dont know what its called) but it will be plastic and wont fit all that great when re-installing. I also noticed that my shifter appears to be a bit loose in the "housing" but it doesnt affect shifting or anything of the sort.. you can just move it around a bit while it's in gear and such. But all in all I like it and would say go for it and good luck with the install.
