I just wondering how easy is replacing the 4 spd auto tranny mount, 01 cavalier is?. I am wanting to order the new poly tranny mount, Just wondering how easy of a job it is. Ive done the TTR upper mount and lower mount as well. Any idea's guys?

If you are refering to the NEW Turbo Tech Racing auto tranny mount (will be released in about a week), our tester stated it should be 30-45 minutes with some clearance areas we opened up.

me too, but times are tight for the next couple o weeks, so I'm just bidding my time so I'll be able to get in on this

i went to the junkyard today to take out a tranny mount for a 4 speed auto for my 2.4 swap.........it took me not even 30 minutes.....

1) take off driver side tire
2) jack car up
3)move teh splashguard out of the way
5)support engine so it doesn't fall (jack with a board, engine hoist ...OR I just used a tire and wheel that was laying right there)
4)remove 4 bolts where the mount attaches to the car (13mm)
5)remove 4 bolts where the mount attaches to tranny (15mm)

the mount just drops right out..... repeat to install
