Can someone please give me a list of parts needed to convert my 03 Cav. to a 5 speed?

I would say your better off find a wrecked 03-05 5 speed, then swap everything over. You should look into the 6 speed swap. The tranny from an Ecotec Saab will bolt right up to our Ecotecs.
yeah but how hard would it be to find one of those? and how much?

Probably wouldn't be very hard to find one in a scrap yard. Not sure on the price, can't see it being really high.
what would be needed to swap that? would the ecm be able to be used in my car from the saab?
