i have an 04 cavy auto and i was just wondering what the easiest way to change the tranny fluid and how much do i put back in
the easiest way to change it is to life your car on a post lift.. roll a measured res. under and undo the bolts.. pull the filter.. clean off your gasket.. replace.. the measured resivoir will tell you how much you had.... your car at 100k miles? you shouldnt really need to change it till then.. i havnt yet @ 130k
save yourself some drama.. get the gasket and filter.. and take it to sum1 with a post/hydrolic lift...... or go to your old hs autoshop
"Z24 Dustbunny"
you wont get all the fluid out by just dropping the pan. alot gets left in the torque convertor and inside the tranny.
the system needs flushed to do it the correct way.
