Is this a getrag and will this fit??

Just to make sure before I buy. I found a 2001 Olds Alero with a 5 spd and vin # T.

Is this a getrag trans and will it fit in my 97 z24 2.4l with the Izuzu 5 spd trans???

I've been reading the other posts and most are unclear. As I've seen others buy the wrong ones in other posts.

I don't know if it's a Getrag or not by vehicle, although an 01 I would guess at being a Getrag. Do you have a picture?

If it is a Getrag, and you have an Isuzu, you will need to cut your mount off and weld on the Getrag mount.
There was a post a year or so ago from someone who did the swap, and they included pictures of the different mounts. If you search, you might be able to find it. I don't remember who did it.

it is, and yes it will, with the proper mods for mounting it.
