Hi, I just got done replacing the cam and lifters in my car (stock again) and when I finally got my car all ready to go and drive, I noticed that there is a clicking while I drive. It's not too loud, but it is noticeable. The clicking slows and speeds up depending on what I'm revving. I am pretty sure it is the tranny because when the car is just idling it sounds perfect, and while I'm driving if i push the clutch in and rev the car a little it completly stops. So if anybody could possibly tell me what this might be or if there is anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse please let me know. This is a 96 2.2 5 spd.
And if I do end up needing a new tranny will one out of an older cavalier pre 1994 fit into my car?
Thanks alot,
Cody.
Any help on either of the questions would be great, I have searched and I didn't really come up with anything.
Thanks.
