Hey, I tried searching, but came up a little short.
I am doing a turbo build for my 2200, and have the isuzu 5-speed trans. I have gotten the only things I can find to help out the tranny with the new power, which include spec stage 3 clutch (with fidanza aluminum flywheel), and the phantom grip LSD with upgraded spring kit. (I also have the B&M short throw shifter). I am worried about blowing this piggy up. Any tranny guys out there that have any more suggestions? I cant really afford to replace the tranny all the time.
look at westcoastfiero.com
they have allot of stuff that works on cavaliers there Im not totally sure but ive heard you can bolt up the tranny from an acura NSX
I just cant drive 55

The cheapest and best way to save your trans is how you shift. Don't drop the cluch everytime. That way you won't shatter a syncho or snap a shift fork.

good advice, wasnt planning on beating on it to bad.....I have WAY to much $$ wrapped up in it to beat the living crap out of it.
Any other ideas out there?
