Won't go into gear

Ok heres the deal. the car goes in gear when its off. but when its running the car wont go in gear. When I try and push it into first the car seems like its leaning forward. when i try and start the car in first the car tries to leap forward, but won't start.

I bled the clutch fluid last night and got all the air out (i think)

I've been told its the clutch, slave, master that could be causing this. I really don't want to replace a clutch and find out I still got the same problem. Anybody have this problem before and find out what it was?

I want to share something with you - the three sentences that will get you through life. Number one, 'cover for me', Number two, 'oh, good idea, boss', Number three, 'it was like that when I got here.'

i just tried to start it in first again, and the car is moving foward. the wheels are spinning very slowly, but not starting the car.

hate the no edit button.

i had my e-brake pulled when i tried to start it in first. i think if i didnt have it pulled the car would have went forward more and started.

Clutch is not disengaged. This could be many reasons. I would recommend getting under the car and looking through the hole on the tranny and seeing if the pressure plate it loose. I had this problem recently

Ok so I would just need to take off the trans, take off the clutch and re-install it properly? or would i need a new clutch?

Thanks.
