Just Replaced TOB, Transmission, Fluid and Linkages, STILL SHIFTS LIKE A$$

I just put my spare tranny in my GFs 2.4 LS Vert, I also replaced the shift linkages, fluid and a brand new TOB and all new output shaft seals. The car still shifts terribly, not anything like my Z with the same set up. She has a centerforce dual friction clutch, could that be the problem? I have replaced everything and dont know where else to look. At least it does not leak anymore, but damn it shifts awful.

What else could it be?

z yaaaa

ive had very successful use with a centerforce dual friction, never had an issue with shifting.

maybe the tranny has some problems??
