Was going around a turn, pulled out of the turn and all of a sudden I felt like a jolt and my car would not come out of gear. Clutch in and everything. I can't get it to go in gear unless I match the revs with the engine and its a bitch to get it into gear. Lotsa of vibrations when revving it sitting still.
My guess is throwout bearing went...
Any other ideas?

could be the TOB or a spring popped out in the clutch... can you put it in gear with the car off?
No.... Did not really check but I will then

I can shift perfectly fine with the car off

same thing happened to me when i popped a spring in the hub of the clutch...
What happened is the spring got lodged in the fingers of the pressure plate causing the clutch to stay engaged 100% of the time even when i pushed the pedal down.

Well could be your bolts backed off your pressure plate. I just fixed my car today. I had this happen (just not the all of a sudden in a turn way. Get under the car and turn the flywheel and see if there is any gaps between the pressure plate and flywheel.

Yes mine got to the point that if you pushed in the clutch and reved it it would pull the car. Also I remember Suncavi having a issue with this clutch disk getting welded to the flywheel.

well, I can drive it... the thing is no matter where the shifter is thats what gear it's in, or neutral....
I just cant use the clutch pedal, like its an engagement problem, but the scary thing is the vibrations...

it sounds like your clutch is dragging i just recked my pressure plate and it was doing everything u stated except it didn't vibrate to bad but what i did was i drilled a small hole in the bell housing so i could shine a lite in the square hole at the bottom and look inside to see the slave move and when the peddle was pushed it would move maybe 1/8'' it was fully extended because the guts in the pressure plate were trashed when i put the new clutch/pressure plate in and watched the slave it was compressed about 50% and it could move around 1.5'' when the peddle is pushed and ever since i put that clutch/pressure plate in it always was a little crappy to shift and kind of hard to get into gear and i always thought it was the trans or the oil or a cav but after i put in the new clutch its like a brand new trans it shifts like butter I'm sure its your clutch or pressure plate if it was the slave it wouldn't vibrate
